What are the strips attached to the bottom of a rear car bumper?
I've seen some cars with a strip hanging from the rear bumper just enough to touch the ground and it has a triangle attached to it. I've always wondered what it's for.
Anti-static strips. They ground out the car when you stop to pevent getting a shock when you get out.
