Pro Stock runs the fastest on gasoline, but it's well over 100 octane gasoline. As far as gasoline that you could buy at your average gas station, it's hard to say, because classes that run gasoline aren't specific about the octane levels you're allowed to run. I wouldn't doubt that there are a few blown cars out there that can run under 10 on regular pump gas, though.

"According to Steeda: Steeda's SuperLite Drag Race Springs use a longer front coil that stores more energy to lift the front of the car during launch, aiding body rotation to transfer more weight to the rear tires for increased traction.
