drag race high school
Could a 1.9L engine from a 1993 ford escort handle a turbocharger or supercharger?
I have a 1993 ford escort wagon that i want to use for a high school drag racing team. I want to put a turbo or supercharger in it but i dont know which is better for power or the engine or if the engine coould take either at all. I also want to know any other ways to increase speed or horsepower.
that escort motor can not handle it self it is infamous for a warped head, blowing head gaskets. It might work one escort motor and turbocharger, every race. I met someone from europe years ago, apparently they race escorts over there, and there is a special head made just for that, for 5 grand. if you do your research and figure out how to get one used, you sure would have a sleeper of an escort. there are other ford motors better suited for a turbo, find one and use it good luck

SPM is a BIG/IMPORTANT examination for the final year high school student in Malaysia. I have some paper too in the 1st week of Dec. I hope they can change the date to 2nd or 3rd week of Dec
Sigh… This is why I personally think that high school is not necessary and kids should start colleges as soon as they finish middle school. High school and college fuse together is good too. After all, whatever we do in high school, we have to do them again in college which is hella suck… If high school and college become one, it'll be much faster to graduate and get a job, and we don't have to worry about going away from family and friends. =P
You would have to check with your state board of education. Some states, like Ohio, do offer online classes for those who cannot attend class for whatever reason. Not sure how many classes are offered and not sure if you would be able to take the required classes to actually graduate, but its worth checking into.
Since the question is ambiguous, I suppose you could use either answer. If the one you gave doesn't meet the intention of the asker, he/she should clarify.
But generally, I would normally give the high school name. Though, a better answer would be "I went to St. Louis high school in Sydney".
