I'm looking for a movie about old movie about street racing?
In the movie there is a boy about 18 or so that is the king of the streets in drag racing. His girlfriends father was the king of the street back is his day and this boy knows it. He wants to race the dad. I believe the dad is a cop. At the end of the movie, the dad brings his car out of an old shed. I think it was a 55 chevy and the kid has a dodge charger. They race and there is a bad wreck and one gets killed. Does anyone remember this movie. It's probably at least 20 years old.
there was a movie like that called days of thunder with tom cruise but im not sure if that is the one.

car ignition and door lock help?
imma looking to buy a PROJECT! 280zx datsun and the one i found is in a police impound place the guy told me that he dosnt have a key for it so i need to buy a new ignition and door locks if im to get the car(my decision) and seeing as its a car thats origanally a race car should i get a racing ignition for if or a stock one? i wanna be a drag racer with it but i dont know if i should start off slow because the day i turn 15 (USING A PERMIT) is the day i learn to drive lolz
so i wanna go fast but i dont wanna end up im a firey wreck the first day after i rebuild the car
if u can find a ignition then plz post the link
and plz dont tell me to go to a key smith and get a new one(key) this car is a peice of shyt im re building the car i dont even think that it runs so the ignition and door locks would probly suck

First go to auto zone you can buy a complete kit but if you are going to race the car you can not have keys for it in ignition at a sanctioned event. Get that engine running that car is pretty fast in stock condition especially for a first time owner and driver
