incorrect statute on florida traffic citation?
i recieved a citation for reckless/aggressive driving. the citation on the ticket is for drag racing. I also believe the reckless/aggressive driving charge should really have been for at the most careless driving.
Your citation is correct. The drag racing category falls under aggressive driving category. It really depends on how the police officer worded the citation and how the judge views it. You will probably have to take either an Aggressive Driver Course or an Advanced Driver Improvement Course.

I got pulled over in West Palm Beach, Fl for doing 65mph in a 40mph zone along with my buddy and we were given a citation for reckless driving: drag racing- the citation for reckless driving is a mandatory court date... what are the consequences for this?
