drag racing fuel What color is sending unit wire for the fuel gauge on a 66 Chevy ?
I bought a 66 Caprice, the previous owner use to drag race the car, he cut the tachometer wires on the in dash tach, and the fuel gauge wire under the dash. Before I completely rewire the entire vehicle, can anyone tell me, the color codes for the wires, or at least the color of the wire for the fuel sending unit ?

If not it is a waste of money and its all in your head if your sporty is stock you are slowing the burn rate down -Hurting it not helping And No slip ons dont make it no race tuned engine Prolonged use yeah it will crud up your engine because it wont burn clean enough also buy plugs by the case it will foul them right & left Build your engine first then think about the fuel
Call your nearest hobby shop( yellar pages) and ask'em if they sell nitro fuel for RC cars. This stuff is about $30 a gallon & we mix 1 cup : 1 gal. of gas.

many motorcycle dealers sell race fuel for motocross bikes, it comes in a blue 5 gallon can and the last i checked its $55.
Is your engine set up to need that high octane fuel??
