dragster school
what do i have to do to get into dirt track racing?
ive been into NASCAR pretty much my whole life and dirt track racing for about the past 5 years..
well ive had two opportunities to get on a dirt team and it didn't really pan out so well the first was a friend of my moms... and from the looks of it he is getting away from racing to go trucking and is having family problems and the second is with my school... i go to lincoln tech in grand prairie texas
and up till about a month ago we had a NASCAR show team a couple drag car teams and a dirt car team well that was one of the many reasons i joined the school is to try to get on to the dirt car team.. well due to budget cuts we only have one dragster now and the NASCAR show car. if there is anyone out there that would be willing to give me any advice at all i would much appreciate it... thank you for reading
One way to get involved is to go to the local dirt track, make some friends, and help out someone with their racing efforts. You could also try to build or buy your own car.
