The best guess I can muster is Liz Richards but suspect I'm wrong.
I think I can get closer with identifying the vehicle she's in. It looks like what is known as an “altered” drag racing car; where a highly modified car body is placed over a dragster chassis while leaving the engine and front wheels pretty much exposed.
