The Auto Club Finals are over and I was at the NHRA Museum on Friday and Saturday night last week. I’m glad you decided to use the photo of Frank Maratta, Sr. that I’ve been so excited to share with you. If my memory serves me, I believe the photo dates from late 1959 or early 1960. On the right (to Frank’s left) is Ed Eaton, former NHRA Northeast Division Director. The person on the far left is Ed Wysopal — at least that’s what’s listed on the caption in the Museum’s display case.
