Sbc Drag Fast download but impossibly slow upload?
I've noticed my Internet is really slow lately. Websites that used to load quickly seem to drag and I'm finding I can not upload anything anywhere. On YouTube, when uploading videos, I wait a while and then get a 'Connection Interrupted' message from FireFox. Uploading to deviantArt just sits there forever with no progress. It's been like this for a couple of days now. I have SBC DSL and speed tests are clocking my download at about 2433 kbps but my uploads only at 63 kbps. One time, the upload speed test seemingly failed completely (as it too just hung without result). I really don't want to call SBC as they will just tell me to uproot my entire system (remove modem connection from router) and then connect it directly which I usually find to be unnecessary, a waste of time. Anyone have any suggestions?
