Roller Coaster Tycoon 2?
Does anyone know where I can find a download/find to create a Stratocaster design (Top Thrill Dragster, Kingda Ka) or something like that for Roller Coaster Tycoon only?
I am eager to see what it would look like on this game.

Seems you can't find up the things like Strata coaster designs on Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 but you've got a pretty good way to build some real ones. You first choose a Hyper Twisted Train and then using some cheats ( what 8 Cars Per Trainer has ) like you can change the typical lift chains into LIM, then adjusting the top speed for a launch so it can fit up to 128 mph.

The Downshifters was actually an outgrowth of the YMCA Car Club. Following a hurricane in 1955 or 56 an insurance agent donated a flooded car to the Y. Bruce Jameson, Boy's Work Director, talked Ebb Nash (Think Nash's Warehouse on Riverside Ave & Nash's Pond) to monitor the group of kids in finding out how the car worked and was put together in a warehouse on Kings Highway. It was a great learning experience but some of us wanted more than just a car club and hot rod clubs across the country were doing things that excited and interested us. Since hot rod clubs were just a step or two above motorcycle clubs, we knew we had to do better.
The NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) had high standards, high class events and presented the image we desired. To join we wrote a constitution, bylaws and a board consisting of the Town Judge, Juvenile Officer, Police Chief, a lawyer and a YMCA official – anyone to make us look respectable. Getting the Y to sponsor us was simple since I had been working there for several years.
Ebb Nash was the original advisor but begged off. Don Buakites (Bill's Smokeshop) knew Bill Etsch since he had his hot dog diner there many nights and asked him to be the club advisor.
My Y connection also helped get us a winter home in the Camp Mahackeno Rotary Pavilion.
Early activities included trips to Westchester Custom Car Show, Charleston R.I. Drag strip, Bangor Maine Drag strip, Westhampton Drag strip.

I love it. It is oh, so true.
Although my son is homeschooled (he has health and academic needs that can't feasibly be met in a classroom) and not subject to NCLB, my parents are public school teachers and I grew up helping and tutoring in their classrooms. I was able to be part of some really incredible projects and lessons as a result. However, since the passing of NCLB, they have been unable to integrate such projects and lessons because they have to spend so much time preparing their kids for tesitng.
I know several excellent teachers who are frustrated by being restricted with NCLB regs; I think it's completely ridiculous. To not allow teachers to do their jobs is shortchanging our children. I agree there needs to be some sort of accountability to improve failing schools, but expecting every one of them to meet some standardized regulation isn't the answer. It's impossible – and wrong – to fully standardize education, and it's time we allowed our educators to do their jobs.
She is doing very well living up to the expectations of being the daughter of a 15 time NHRA Funny Car Champion.
I've been a fan of John Force for a long time. I got into drag racing when Angelle Sampay started racing bikes and had to not win too many times because here teammate was contending for the championship.

I'm happy to defend my title based solely on the fact that I was disappointed with the lack variety on offer. If you want to look at it from the perspective of your cause, I think a lack of variety does you a disservice because you've lost an opportunity to highlight the various uses your proposed complex could have. Anyone who went along without any detailed prior knowledge would think you're building a drag strip – nothing more, nothing less. A single-purpose facility has a lot less appeal to the general public (and Government) than a multi-purpose facility. I think that was a misstep. I know you'll have had a hugely positive response from the drag racing community, but they ain't the people you have to convince.
This isn't just me talking either – friends who also went on the day made very similar comments regarding the appeal (or lack thereof) of the event.
But anyway, looking forward to All Japan Day on Sunday. That is sure to make up for my disappointment…
well the bmw is somewhere around 5.3 seconds to 60 , im not sure about the stats on the cutlass. either way his car is alot nicer than your junk
When Bradley Mullins Slammed into that crv he was running from the cops, not drag racing. It may have started that way for a few short moments, but he was fleeing from the police when the accident occurred, not drag racing. By the way is it true, Have you heard any thing about the girl, Courtney Beard, being THREE TIMES OVER the legal limit for alcohol the night of the crash? Was she given a DUI ? Just wandering?
Yes, the late 70's… the first time Democrats were going to save the planet by re-designing the automobile which gave us the Ford Pinto, Chevy Chevette and Dodge Colt… all rattletrap turdmobiles incapable of competing with V8 cars and trucks on the highways. They are all now either in the junkyard or on the drag strip with a big V8 stuffed into it.
